We are happy to present to you the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, JKUAT 39th Graduation List for 2022. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, the Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

JOMO KENYATTA UNIVERSITY, JKUAT 39TH GRADUATION LIST/CEREMONY FOR 2022
This is to inform all candidates who qualified for conferment of degrees and the award of diplomas and certificates of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology during the 202112022 academic year that the 39th Graduation Ceremony will be held virtually (for all graduands except PhDs and Masters) on Friday, 2nd December 2022 from 8:00 a.m. The information regarding preparations for the ceremony is as detailed below:
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of examinations sat in the 2021/2022 academic year will be available from the offices of the respective Deans/Directors of Schools/Campuses/Institutes during working hours. Qualified candidates should confirm the inclusion of their names in the graduation list with their respective Deans/Directors, latest Monday, 14th November 2022.
Clearance & Fees
The non-refundable fee stated below must be paid not later than Monday, 14th November 2022. Payments will be made to the University bank accounts at any branch of the banks listed below:-

JKUAT Graduation List
The the JKUAT Graduation list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
The list of graduands for the 39th Graduation Ceremony will be available on the University website www.jkuat.ac.ke. To avoid any penalties, all candidates should confirm the order and correctness of spelling in their names as they should appear on their certificates from Monday, 14th November 2022. This confirmation shall be done through filling in the relevant form which is maintained in the respective Schools. After this, any changes of the details in the certificate will attract a fee of Ksh. 3,000.
Rehearsals
Graduands wishing to participate in the ceremony MUST attend the virtual rehearsals on Thursday, 1st December 2022 at 10.00 a.m. PhD and Masters graduands will be required to attend the rehearsal in person. Vital information will be communicated during the rehearsal. Please note that graduation attire will not be issued on the rehearsal day.
Academic Dress
Gowns will be issued from Thursday, 24th November 2022 up to Wednesday, 30th November 2022 during working hours. The gown hiring forms can be downloaded from the University website, www.jkuat.ac.ke. Graduation attire MUST be returned by Monday, 19th December 2022 latest; after which a penalty of KShs. 500 (Kenya shillings five hundred only) will be charged per day. Kindly ensure that you retain a copy of your duly filled, signed and stamped gown hiring form.
NB: You shall be required to present this copy during collection of your certificate.
Punctuality and invitation Card
A link will be shared with the graduands for them to join the ceremony virtually. On the graduation day, graduands and their guests will be expected to have joined the virtual meeting by 7.30 a.m.
