Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands should review and confirm the order and accuracy of their names on the provided list. Any corrections should be conveyed to the Examinations Office as soon as possible. It’s essential to maintain consistency in the use of names, adhering to those registered during university admission.

Academic Attire
From the 1st to the 11th of October 2023, graduands can collect their academic attire between 9.00 A.M. and 4 P.M. from the Main Campus Offices. Ensure you have a receipt confirming the payment of the graduation fee. Please note, there will be a penalty fee for the late return of the attire.
Rehearsal
All graduands must attend the rehearsal for the graduation ceremony on Wednesday, October 25th, dressed in full graduation attire. The rehearsal will begin at 10.00 A.M., and participants are advised to be present by 9.30 A.M.
Punctuality
Graduands, as well as their guardians and guests, should be seated by 8.30 A.M. on the graduation day. Timeliness ensures a smooth flow of the ceremony and respects the significance of the event.
