Applicants are invited for the posts of interns at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology, JKUAT. The office of the Dean of Students invites applications from students coming from humble backgrounds for the Work-study/JKUAT Bursary Programme for the year 2020/2021 academic year. The University is a public university located in Kenya.
In Support of the Government’s youth initiative to develop a pool of young talent for the Kenyan labour market by giving young people exposure to the work place environment. This is to inform all students that applications for the University Work-Study Programme.
The office of the Dean of Students would like to announce WORK STUDY vacancies which will be open to all financially needy students who are in the current session (January-April 2021). Details on the requirements for work study considerations are captured in the application form.

Application Requirements & Eligibility
This is to announce work study positions for all needy students who would like to be considered for the January 2023 to December 2021 session.
The following is the criteria for eligibility:
- Government sponsored
- Level of family financial need
- Student in session during the
- Availability of work study vacancy
Application Procedure
- Download work study request form, from the University website
- Fill al l the information requested for
- Attach any relevant support documents.
Deadline for receiving application is Wednesday 27th January, 2021.
NOTE: Giving false information whether in the application form or during the interview will lead to disqualification. You are required to apply for only one (1) of either work-study or bursary and NOT both.
