Application for the Laikipia University Work-Study Opportunities – 2021 Entry is now open for all outstanding Kenyan Students who wish to work while schooling.
Applicants are invited for the posts of interns at Laikipia University. The office of the Dean of Students invites applications from students coming from humble backgrounds for the Work-study/LU Bursary Programme for the year 2020/2021 academic year. The University is a public university located in Kenya.
In Support of the Government’s youth initiative to develop a pool of young talent for the Kenyan labour market by giving young people exposure to the work place environment. This is to inform all students that applications for the University Work-Study Programme.
The office of the Dean of Students would like to announce WORK STUDY vacancies which will be open to all financially needy students who are in the current session (January-April 2021). Details on the requirements for work study considerations are captured in the application form.

Application Requirements & Eligibility
- A copy of Admission letter (for first years) and a copy of Student ID (for continuing students).
- HELB Loan Disbursement status form
- Any other relevant documents (Copies of burial permits/death certificates for orphaned students) as proof of
Application Procedure
Application forms should be collected from the office of the Dean of Students as from Monday, 11th January, 2021. The forms should be duly filled and submitted to the Dean of Students’ office, latest Tuesday, 19th January, 2021.
NOTE: Giving false information whether in the application form or during the interview will lead to disqualification. You are required to apply for only one (1) of either work-study or bursary and NOT both.
