KABARAK UNIVERSITY 16TH GRADUATION LIST FOR DECEMBER 2020
Kabarak University wishes to inform all candidates who qualified for conferment of various degrees and award of diplomas and certificates in the 2022/2023 academic year, as well as members of the public, that the 16th Graduation Ceremony will take place VIRTUALLY on December 18, 2020 starting at 9.00 a.m. at the Main Campus, Kabarak. The Ceremony will be streamed live through the following channels:

The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance & Graduation Fees
Students who cleared and confirmed their results with their respective Deans, are the only ones to graduate. Graduands will automatically become members of the convocation upon graduation.
Only those who will have cleared outstanding fees will be included in the Graduation List. Those who clear fee payment after the deadline will be deferred to the next graduation in 2021.

Prospective candidates whose names are not in the Graduation List are advised to check with the Head of Department or Dean of School for further advice.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
The candidates are required to confirm the correct spelling and order of their names in the Graduation List. Any corrections should be reported in writing to the Registrar (Academic and Research). The names will be taken from the certificates the students had submitted for admission to the University as follows:
- Undergraduates programs – KCSE certificates or equivalent
- Masters programs – undergraduate degree certificates
- PhD programs – master’s degree certificates
Graduation Attires
Candidates who wish to have graduation attire for celebrations should pick them from their respective Schools in Main Campus from 14th – 15th December, 2020 upon production of University and National ID/Passport. The attire should be returned to the examinations office on 4th – 15th January, 2021 during office hours, failure to which a penalty of Kshs.1,000 will be charged per day overdue, exclusive of weekends.
Collection of Certificates and Transcripts
Graduation booklets will be issued to all graduates when they collect their certificates on the dates to be announced after the Ceremony.
Punctuality and invitation Card
Graduands must take seats by 7.30 am and guests are expected to be seated at the same time.
Trophy
Graduates who qualified for various awards will collect their trophies when they come for their certificates on the dates to be announced after the Ceremony.
