Application for admission into Multimedia University of Kenya is basically done online or manually i.e by post notwithstanding on your preference. Kindly follow the instructions clearly stated below to apply.

Manual Application Procedure

• Applications should be made on prescribed forms obtainable from the MMU website or the office of Corporate Affairs at MMU Main Campus OR the Director’s Office at MMU Nairobi CBD Campus located at Uniafric House, Fourth Floor, Loita Street, upon payment of a non-refundable application fee shown: CERTIFICATE – Kshs.500.00; DIPLOMA –Kshs.500.00; BACHELORS – Kshs.1000.00; MASTERS Kshs.1500.00
• No application is valid unless the appropriate application fee has been paid. Application forms can be accessed through an online application or downloaded below.
• Further information is indicated on the application form
• Payments can either be in cash or through the MMU Bank Accounts (See bank details below). Original payment receipt should be given by the Cashier at MMU Finance upon payment of the application fee or upon presenting the bank pay-in-slip.

Multimedia University of Kenya, MMU offers courses at the undergraduate levels. Prospective students should apply by filling the application forms before the deadline date as the Admissions office communicates it. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows. Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION 

For UNDERGRADUATE COURSES,

• Original Letter of Offer
• Copy of the letter of Offer
• Original National ID / Passport / Birth Certificate OR any other document(s) that can be used to identify the new Student.
• Copy of National ID / Passport / Birth Certificate OR any other document(s) that can be used to identify the new Student.
• Original KCSE result slips/KCSE Certificate, Leaving
• Certificate and any other Academic transcripts (where applicable).
• Copy of KCSE result slips/KCSE Certificate, Leaving Certificate and any other Academic transcripts (where applicable).
•  Duly filled students’ detail forms (MMU/F/AD/001-011).
• Colored Passport Photos
• Deposit slips or Bankers cheque for total fee as quoted on the letter of offer.
• Medical Report.

For POSTGRADUATE COURSES,

• 3 duly completed forms,
• 3 passport size photographs,
• 3 copies of the appropriate Undergraduate degree certificate and transcripts,
• 3 copies of KCSE certificates, and
• 3 copies of receipts

All these should be returned to the Director, Board of Postgraduate Studies, MMU at Mbagathi OR, the Director CBD Campus Uniafric House.
