This article contains information on the South Eastern Kenya University, SEKU Issuance of the 20th Graduation Certificates/Transcript for 2020 graduands and how to collect. It also contains the South Eastern Kenya University, SEKU list of Certificates and Transcripts.
Upon your graduation, On 29th December 2020, South Eastern Kenya University, SEKU confirmed a high number of graduates with both Certificates, Diplomas and Bachelor Degrees from various spectrum of courses offered at SEKU. The occasion that was graced by high number of dignitaries and Excellencies. Of the very many graduates whose transcripts we expected to be ready by 9th FEBRUARY 2020, graduands are expected to note the transcript/certificate collection dates as stated below.
SEKU 7TH GRADUATION SCHEDULE OF PRINTED CERTIFICATE/TRANSCRIPT COLLECTION
The Certificate printing process has been completed and have revised the collection dates as follows:
1. TUESDAY, 9TH FEBRUARY, 2021 – WEDNESDAY, 10TH FEBRUARY, 2021
1) ALL DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY AND MASTERS DEGREE CERTIFICATES.
2) BACHELORS CERTIFICATES FOR:
1) School of Nursing Sciences and Public Health
2) School of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences
2. THURSDAY 11TH FEBRUARY, 2021 TO FRIDAY 12TH FEBRUARY, 2021.
BACHELORS CERTIFICATES FOR:
- School of Environment, Water and Natural Resources.
- School of Pure and Applied Sciences
3. MONDAY 15TH FEBRUARY, 2021 TO TUESDAY 16TH FEBRUARY, 2021.
BACHELORS CERTIFICATES FOR:
1) School of Business and Economics
- School of Information and Communication Technology
4. WEDNESDAY 17TH FEBRUARY, 2021 TO FRIDAY 19TH FEBRUARY, 2021.
BACHELORS CERTIFICATES FOR:
- School of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences
Please note the following:
1) Certificates will be issued from 8.30a.m to 4.00 p.m.
2) The requirements for collection of certificates are:
- Original National Identity Card (ID card) and a copy.
- Student original clearance form.
- Graduation fee payment receipt
- Graduands clearance form for Academic gown.
3) Any certificate not collected by Friday, 9th July, 2021 will be liable to a storage charge of Kshs. 1,000/= for the first year. Subsequent years will attract an additional charge of Kshs. 500/= per year.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The names on the Degree certificate will appear as they are in the National ID/Passport in the order of First name, Middle name and Surname. While collecting certificates, graduates must ensure that their names are correctly spelt.
Certificates must be safely kept Duplicates are never issued.
CERTIFICATION
- Each graduate is entitled to one set (transcript and certificate) of certified copies on the day of collection.
