We are happy to present to you the Meru University of Science & Technology (MUST) 9th Graduation List for 2023 [Updated]. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, the Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

MERU UNIVERSITY COLLEGE 10TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2023
This is to inform all students who meet the requirements for the conferment of degrees and award of diplomas and certificates at Meru University of Science and Technology that the university will hold its 10th physical graduation ceremony on Saturday, March 11, 2023. Please note the following important details;
Applications for graduation will be accepted through the student portal between Wednesday, January 4, 2023, and Friday, February 24, 2023.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.
Further information regarding preparations for the ceremony is detailed below:
Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance & Graduation Fees
Graduands must have cleared any outstanding fee arrears owed to the university, including a mandatory non-refundable alumni and graduation fee as shown in Table 1, by Friday, February 24, 2023. Graduands who will not abide by this deadline will not be allowed to graduate.

Upon successful application for graduation and clearance of fees, students should be able to clear through their student portal.
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately. All students aspiring to graduate are requested to ensure that they meet the requirements for graduation.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Rehearsal and Graduation Ceremony
Graduands participating in the graduation will be required to attend the rehearsal on Friday, March 10, 2023, at 10 a.m. and the graduation ceremony on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 8 a.m.
Graduation Gowns
Graduands are requested to pick up their graduation gowns between Wednesday, March 1, 2023, and Thursday, March 9, 2023, at the Gowns Room. Graduation attire will be returned from Tuesday, March 28th, 2023, to Friday, April 7th, 2023, after which a penalty of Kshs. 1,000 per day shall be charged. Certificates will be ready for issuance within this period.
Punctuality
Graduands must take seats by 9.00 am and invited guests are expected to be seated at the same time.
