TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF KENYA 14TH GRADUATION LIST FOR NOVEMBER 2025
The Technical University of Kenya (TUK) has officially announced its 14th Graduation Ceremony, set to take place on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, from 8:30 a.m. at the University Graduation Square. Graduands are encouraged to attend physically, while family members and the general public can follow the celebration through the University’s website and social media platforms, including YouTube, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance
To be cleared for graduation, students must complete all steps by Wednesday, 19th November 2025:
- Â Settle all outstanding fee balances via eCitizen only
- Complete online clearance via the Student Portal
- Fulfill all remaining academic and administrative requirements

Please note that any graduand who fails to clear on time will be omitted from the convocation list.
List of Graduands
The Senate approved list of graduands is now available on the University website www.tukenya.ac.ke. However, it is important to note that only graduands who will have cleared with the respective departments/units of the University will be allowed to graduate.
Please note that students who failed to graduate in previous years on account of fees will require clearance with the respective Schools. Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
All graduands are urged to verify their official names and academic details during the online clearance process. The names printed on the graduation certificate will appear exactly as they were captured in the original admission documents. The University will not be responsible for errors that are not corrected before the stated deadline, so students should double-check their records on time.
Rehearsal
Attendance at the graduation rehearsal is compulsory for all participating graduands.

Graduation Attires
Graduands must collect academic regalia from their respective Department Chairpersons’ offices between:
- Wednesday, 19th November – Friday, 21st November 2025
Return of Academic Regalia
- Regalia must be returned by Monday, 1st December 2025.
- A penalty of KES 100.00 per day applies for late returns.
Picking of Certificates
After graduation, certificates will be issued by the University Registry. Graduates should bring:
- A valid National ID/Passport
- Student ID or Admission Number
- Any other documents the registrar may request
The University will announce the exact collection schedule and instructions after the ceremony. Graduates are encouraged to monitor official University communication channels for updates.
