TSC Recruitment 2026: Apply for Teaching Vacancies
We are pleased to announce that the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Recruitment 2026 application portal is open. Apply for 9,159 Permanent Teaching Vacancies (Replacement).
Are you a trained teacher in Kenya looking for a permanent and pensionable position? The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has announced a recruitment drive for 2026.
The Commission is declaring a total of 9,159 vacancies to replace teachers who have exited service through natural attrition. The vacancies are distributed across Public Primary, Junior, and Secondary Schools.
Successful candidates will be employed on Permanent and Pensionable terms of service, offering job security and career growth.
It is worth noting that beyond the teaching vacancies, the TSC has also advertised a select number of administrative and technical positions through its official Government Advertisements (GAA) portal at gaa.go.ke. These include roles such as Principal Officer – Fleet Management and Officer 1 – Fleet Management, which are open to qualified candidates with relevant administrative or logistics backgrounds. These are managed through a separate portal and have nothing to do with the teaching recruitment track.
