This article contains information on the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, FUNAAB Application form and requirements for admission into Undergraduate Degree, Diploma Programmes and Postgraduate for the 2024/2025 academic year.

FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE, ABEOKUTA ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS
Gaining admission into an Undergraduate Programme in Funaab is basically under 2 entry method which includes the UTME entry and the Direct Entry. Prospective students of FUNAAB are to obtain the JAMB Forms, choose FUNAAB and sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) of the Board as prescribed in the relevant advertisement for the 2024/2025 admission exercise. Also, applicants must complete the online FUNAAB Application Forms. FUNAAB Post UTME/DE Online Application Procedure
- Eligible candidates are to access the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta FUNAAB Admission Portal through the link stated below, click on “Apply for Admission” and enter their JAMB UTME or JAMB Direct Entry Registration Numbers to generate and print out their Application Invoice which states their Reference Number and other information on payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only, excluding REMITA charges.
- Candidates should proceed to any Bank accepting REMITA payment (nationwide) or Online using a debit card or via Internet Banking and make payment of the prescribed fee using the REMITA Reference Number.
- After payment, candidates are to proceed to FUNAAB Admission Portal and complete the e-application form as appropriate.
- Candidates are required to correctly input their Bio-data, O’Level results, OND/HND/NCE/A-Level/IJMB/JUPEB results (where applicable) and upload a recent coloured passport photograph (not more than 6 months old).
- On uploading of all required details, candidates are expected to first preview and confirm the entries before clicking on Submit on the acknowledgement page.
- Candidates should thereafter print out the Application Form displaying their passport photograph.
- Correction of wrongly entered data attracts a fee of One Thousand Naira (N1,000) only as penalty and can be effected online not later than the closing date of the application.
- No complaint of wrong Bio-Data, O’Level results, OND/HND/NCE/A-Level/IJMB/JUPEB results or blank picture would be entertained thereafter.
- Candidates who up-load wrong Bio-Data, O’ Level results and UTME/OND/HND/NCE/A’Level/IJMB/JUPEB results will be automatically disqualified.
FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE, ABEOKUTA APPLICATION FEE
Eligible candidates are to pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only, excluding REMITA charges. This fee is non-refundable even if you decide not to study through FUNAAB, do not qualify for admission to FUNAAB or cannot be offered a space due to limited spaces available. FUNAAB does not accept cash at any of its offices. The due date for the application fee is the closing date for the application period. Any application submitted without an application fee paid on time will not be processed. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of payment.Make sure that your application is complete
If your application for admission to study through FUNAAB is incomplete, you will have to re-apply during the next application period.FUNAAB APPLICATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
All applicants starting a new qualification must present all the required documents, which generally consists of the following:- UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy)
- O’Level Result Certificate (WAEC/NECO) OR an online version of the result
- FUNAAB Online application form (FOR DIRECT ENTRY ONLY)
- Passport Photographs
