Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.

TSHWANE SOUTH TVET COLLEGE ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS

Application to Tshwane South TVET College is basically made manually, depending on your preference. Kindly follow the following instructions stated below.

Tshwane South TVET College Manual Application Procedure
  • Application can also be made by visiting the Campus to book an online application/placement assessment session.
  • Simply upload all of the necessary documentation so that it can be processed by our administrative department.
  • Your application will be completed once all of the necessary fees have been paid.

For foreign Students:

  • Go to Campus and enquire about course of interest.
  • The Campus will confirm whether you qualify for admission in that specific course/programme.
  • You might be referred to South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) for your qualifications to be evaluated in full.
  • Once it is confirmed that you meet the entry requirements, you will then be given a letter to apply for a study permit @ the Department of Home Affairs
  • A valid Study permit may be used to apply for admission to the College.
  • Only once he/she has been given the permit may the prospective student enrol; prior the above, it does not count for enrolment
  • An additional registration fee of R750 must be paid upfront every trimester, semester, or year.

UPLOAD SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

Everyone applying for a new qualification must submit the required documents (all first-time applicants and Tshwane South TVET College students starting a new qualification). The due date for uploading the required documents is the closing date for applications. No documents submitted after the closing date for applications will be accepted.

Tshwane South TVET College does not provide scanners or electronic devices. Please ensure that your documents are scanned and uploaded to an electronic device before starting the application process.

  1. Today I went to Tshwane south Tvet offices and I told them it’s difficult applying online and asked them to help me apply and they said I should do it alone now I’ve been trying to apply for one college for more then an hour now and I still cannot
