Are you gearing up for the new semester or you are yet to register and you cant wait to lay your hands on the study materials? If yes, you can now download the UNISA study materials easily online to assist you with your studies.
The importance of using the UNISA study materials is encompassing as it serves as a guide during lecture period and makes you equip for exams. By using the study materials, you can find out what you already know and at the same time also find out what you do not know well enough or don’t know at all.
Your study material should be dispatched to you not later than 10 working days after your registration being finalised, provided that you submitted your correct details at the time of registration.
HOW TO ACCESS AND DOWNLOAD YOUR UNISA STUDY MATERIALS
While you wait for the delivery of your study material, we urge you to access it via myUnisa. Just follow these steps:
- Go to https://my.unisa.ac.za and login with your student number and password. If you haven’t yet activated your myUnisa account and claimed your myLife e-mail account, click on “Claim Unisa login” on the homepage of myUnisa and follow the instructions.
- Click on a module tab / link at the top of the screen.
- Now click on “Official study material” in the left-hand navigation panel. The PDF versions of the available study material for that module will display.
By accessing your study material via myUnisa, you will be able to start studying immediately, which will ensure that you have sufficient time to complete and submit your assignments.
If your registration is still pending (ie has not yet been finalised), you can access your study material via the “View study material” link on Unisa’s registration website.
Please note: Study material for second semester modules will only be sent to you at the start of the second semester. Second semester study material will also only be available on myUnisa at the start of the second semester.

What is the status of my application for registration? Use the Registration Status tool (for web applications for registration only) to determine the status of your application. For module additions requested after initial registration, login to myUnisa > My Admin and view Edit Registration.

| 1. If your modules, including additions, have been registered, you should login to myUnisa and navigate to your module sites to view official study materials. |
| 2. Study materials for Unisa short courses cannot be viewed here. |
| 3. Only some study material files available at this time will be displayed. More options may be available in myUnisa. |
