VHEMBE TVET COLLEGE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES AND PORTAL
You need to visit the Vhembe TVET College campus now to start your registration. The following are the documents required for your registration to be successful:.
FOR MY COLLEGE REGISTRATION:
- 2/3 certified copy of my ID
- 2/3 certified copy of my matriculation certificate or grade 9 certificate
- 2/3 x proof of residential address or affidavit
FOR MY BURSARY APPLICATION:
- 2/3 x certified ID copy of the student
- Certified copies of ID’s of parent, guardian, or spouse or death certificates, if applicable
- 2/3 x copy of the latest academic results with an average of more than 40%
- Proof of income parents, guardians, or spouse
- Unemployment affidavit if parent, guardian, or spouse is unemployed (affidavit not accepted if it is made by a student)
- Proof of home address
- Proof of study address if different from home address
- Proof of bank account in student’s own name (not older than 3 months)
- If a student is self-sustaining (working, not dependent on someone for financial support), they must provide us with an affidavit stating how they support themselves
FOR THE FINANCE APPLICATION:
- 1 x certified copy of parent payslip
- 1 x certified copy of parent ID
- 1 x certified copy of proof of residence or affidavit
- One parent or guardian must accompany you
Please note that you will not be able to register without these documents.
