This article gives a reminder on the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) Grade 7 (internal & external), 9 (internal & external) and GCE fees structure for the 2022 examination.
This is to inform all the prospective candidates seeking to sit for the 2022 ECZ examination that the management of the examination body has released the amount they are required to pay as registration and administrative fee.
We specifically publish this information here today, for all people who need to know the current exam registration and administrative fees of the 2022 examination.
Please note that if you have applied for any of the 2022 ECZ examinations or if you are already a candidate, it is advised that you know the current fees for all prospective candidates, and this knowledge will help you, avoiding making mistakes that will cost you your examination slot and result.
EZC EXAM REGISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES FOR 2022
Applicants are required to take note of the application deadline below:
1. Grade 9 External Fees:
- Entry fee K15 per candidate
- K25 per subject.
2. General Certificate of Education (GCE):
- Entry fee K75 per candidate
- K120 per subject
3. Fees for Candidates in Private Schools:
- Grade 7: K60 per candidate
- Grade 9: K160 per candidate
- School Certificate (Grade 12): K440 per candidate

Good morning , my Child is resitting for GCE one subject maths ,she was told to pay K600 for everything ,when i inquired about the break down ,K120 per subject,K75 for entry fee ,K80 Center fee,K300 registration fee K25 form ,
my question is registration is for what? the rest is making sense ,this school is in lusaka in kanyama ,GRZ
