This article contains information on the Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ) 2018 Grades 7, 9, 12 and GCE Certificates for 2018 examination candidates and how to collect. It also contains the Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ) list of Certificates.
Be informed that the Certificates for the 2018 Grades 7, 9, Grade 9 External, School Certificate (Grade 12) and General Certificate of Education (GCE) Examination Session have been printed and dispatched to all the provinces in Zambia.
The Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) was established under the Examinations Council of Zambia Act of 1983, to set and conduct examinations and award certificates to successful candidates.
ECZ 2018 GRADES 7, 9, 12 AND GCE CERTIFICATES COLLECTION PROCEDURE
In accordance with the prescribed Guidelines for the Administration and Management of Examinations in Zambia, candidates are required to go to the School or Examination Centre where they wrote the examinations from, to collect the Certificates.
No Certificates will be issued by the Examinations Council of Zambia or Ministry of General Education Offices.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The names on the Degree certificate will appear as they are in the National ID/Passport in the order of First name, Middle name and Surname. While collecting certificates, graduates must ensure that their names are correctly spelt.
Certificates must be safely kept Duplicates are never issued.
CERTIFICATION
- Each graduate is entitled to one set (transcript and certificate) of certified copies on the day of collection.
