This article seeks to provide guideline on how to process your UNILUS student ID card. Kindly check below on what is required for the UNILUS Student ID card.
Kindly note that due to the prevalence of the global pandemic, we have revised the processing of Student Identification Cards. For the safety of our valued students and members of staff, physical interaction will be limited.
Therefore, students will be required to email the details below to the following email address: id@unilus.ac.zm
NEW STUDENTS – PROCESSING OF STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARDS
Deadline for submission – 7th October
Collection – Please come with your NRC or Driver’s License.Date of collection is to be advised.
Subject Title of Email – “NEW ID” Student details;
- Full names (e. Michael Chanda)
- Programme enrolled for (e. Bachelor of Science in Public Health)
- Student Number (e.g.BSPH12345)
- Year and semester (1st Year, 15 Semester)
- Attach a recent digital portrait size photo of yourself (see guidelines below)
- Attach a copy of your NRC
RETURNING STUDENTS – REPLACEMENT OF STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARD
Collection – Please come with your NRC or Driver’s License.Date of collection is to be advised.
Subject Title of Email -“ID Replacement” Student details:
- Full names (e. Mwaka Nyambe)
- Programme enrolled for (e. Bachelor of Laws)
- Student Number (e. LLB12345)
- Year and semester (e.g.2nd Year, 1st Semester)
- Attach a recent digital portrait size photo of yourself (See guidelines below)
- Attach a copy of your NRC and police report
- Attach proof of payment for Student ID replacement (Payment is made at the bank. Visit unilus.ac.zm for the bank details).Student ID replacement cost is KS0.00.
GUIDELINES ON THE PHOTO
- Photograph frame size: Portrait Headshot only
- Number of photographs necessary: One (1)
- The submitted photograph must be in colour
- Head position: Straight
- Photo background: Clear background not crowded or distorted
- Smile: No
- Eyes: Must be clearly visible
- Glasses or Eye wear: No
- Headwear: Not allowed. Exceptions are made for religious/cultural reasons
- Must be a recent photograph
- Resolution (pixels):High resolution
- Blurred photographs will be rejected
NOTE: Any submission that does not follow these strict guidelines will be rejected.
