Reminder: Grade 9 and GCE Registration Deadline – 2022 Exam

This article gives a reminder on the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) Grade 9 external and GCE Registration deadline i.e the application closing date for the 2022 examination. It also contains the link to the ECZs application information and the registration portal.

The Examinations Council of Zambia wishes to notify all stakeholders and the general public that registration of candidates for the 2022 Examinations at Grade 9 external and GCE levels is stated below.

Note that registration is being done online through our Online Candidate Registration System (OCRS) which will open on Monday, 20th December, 2021 for schools and exam Centres to register candidates.

Candidates in examination classes are advised to complete their registration for the 2022 Examinations in the remaining time before the stipulated deadline by making necessary payments (Where applicable) and submitting details.

This is to allow ALL eligible candidates to be registered for the 2022 Examinations and verify their entries at the Centres.

Kindly take note of the above deadline and visit any registered Examination Centre/School for more details on the registration process.

GRADE 9 EXTERNAL AND GCE REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR YEAR 2022

Applicants are required to take note of the application deadline below:

• Grade Grade 9 external and GCE Exam Registration 2022 is scheduled to will commence on Monday, 20th December, 2021 and close on Monday, 28th February, 2022.
• The Examination registration Portal is expected to shut down on the same date at 11:59 PM.
• Examination fees for Grade 9 External and GCE remain as last years’.
• Eligible candidates are advised to deposit examination fees using the payment gateway or designated banks.
• Eligible candidates should visit their preferred examination centre for pre-registration formalities.
• Further, we wish to notify you that the ECZ Statements of Results for 2021 Examinations will be made available for access on our e-Statement Platform.
