This article contains information on the Zambian Open University, ZAOU Issuance of the Graduation Certificates/Transcript for September 2019 graduands and how to collect. It also contains the Technical University of Mombasa, TUM list of Certificates and Transcripts.
Upon your graduation, On September 2019, Zambian Open University, ZAOU confirmed a high number of graduates with both Certificates, Diplomas and Bachelor Degrees from various spectrum of courses offered at ZAOU. The occasion that was graced by high number of dignitaries and Excellencies. Of the very many graduates whose transcripts is now ready for collection, graduands are expected to note the transcript/certificate collection dates as stated below.
ZAOU GRADUATION CERTIFICATE/TRANSCRIPT COLLECTION PROCEDURE
This serves to inform all students who graduated in September 2019 that the certificates are now ready for collection.
The procedure for certificate collection is as follows:
- Present your student identity card and collect a Clearance Form from the Reception
- Get cleared with Accounts
- Get clearance with your respective School
- Collect your certificate from the Registrar’s Office
Third parties are not allowed to collect certificates unless they have the following documents:
- Letter of authorization from the owner
- Court affidavit
- Copies of NRC of both the owner and the person collecting the certificate
- Student ID of the owner of the certificate
The procedure for collecting detailed results’ transcript is as follows:
- Pay K120.00 at Accounts
- Present receipt to Assistant Registrar in the Academic Office for issuance of detailed results’ transcript
- Take transcript to Senior Assistant Registrar (Academic Affairs) for signing and sealing
NOTE: Each graduate is required to come on the allocated date either by school or department.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The names on the Degree certificate will appear as they are in the National ID/Passport in the order of First name, Middle name and Surname. While collecting certificates, graduates must ensure that their names are correctly spelt.
Certificates must be safely kept Duplicates are never issued.
CERTIFICATION
- Each graduate is entitled to one set (transcript and certificate) of certified copies on the day of collection.
