We are happy to present to you the Ghana Institute of Journalism, GIJ 14th Congregation: List of Graduating Postgraduate Students -2021. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

GHANA INSTITUTE OF JOURNALISM, GIJ 14TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2021
Ghana Institute of Journalism, GIJ will hold its 13th Graduation ceremony for 2021 on Friday, 7th May 2021 by 10.00 a.m. at the Forecourt of the Dzorwulu. Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Registration, Clearance & Fees
Graduands are required to pay GH¢350.00 (Non- Refundable) into the Institute’s account No. 6010160472 at any branch of Zenith Bank, present the pay-in slip and register at the Graduate School Secretariat, and collect their graduation gown.
All students who wish to be presented at the Fourth Session of the 14th Congregation ceremony are required to register by Monday, 3rd May, 2021.
Only those who would have registered by this date will be presented.
Graduands are to note that those who do not attend the Congregation ceremony will also pay the same amount before their certificates are released to them.
NOTE: Certificates can be collected from Monday 10th May, 2021 upon the submission of academic gowns, ID Card, and Clearance Form.
Failure to return the academic gown after one week will attract a penalty of GH¢100.00
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Academic Gowns
Graduands are expected to collect their Academic Gowns at their various departments.
Punctuality
Those to be presented will be expected to be seated by 9.30 am on Friday, 7th May, 2021 in the academic gown appropriate to their programme, worn preferably over a suit/ jacket with tie or other suitable dress.
