We are happy to present to you the Kumasi Technical University, KSTU 2021 16th Congregation: List of Graduating Students. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

Kisii University, KSU 6th Graduation List: 2018

The first-ever Kumasi Technical University, KSTU blended (virtual & in-person) graduation ceremony will be held for all final year students who have successfully completed their academic programmes of study during the 2024 academic Year. This arrangement for the 16th Congregation Ceremony has become necessary in order to comply with the health safety protocols.

Therefore all successful graduands can check their names below or on the university website.

KSTU 16TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2021 BLENDED CONGREGATION

It is announced for the information of Kumasi Technical University alumni, parents/guardians and the general public that the 16th Congregation of Kumasi Technical University for the award of Master of Technology (MTech), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Higher National Diploma (HND), Professional Diplomas, Diplomas and Certificates to persons who completed their programmes of study in 2024 academic Year is coming off on Saturday, 27th February, 2021 at 10:30am at the New Great Hall of the University. The programme would be streamed live on youtube, twitter, zoom and facebook. In view of the global pandemic, only MTech and first-class graduands would be allowed on campus.

Graduands are required to pay a non-refundable fee of GH¢350.00 to MTN Momo Merchant ID: 273108, or the Cash Office of the University or Zenith Bank Branches with Accounts No. 6010511321 and then register at kstu.edu.gh with the following information:

  1. Name of Graduand
  2. Programme Pursued
  3. Current Address
  4. Telephone Number
  5. Receipt Number

MTech and first-class graduands expected at the ceremony are required to attend rehearsals at the New Great Hall on Friday, 26th February, 2021 at 11:00am.

MTech and first-class graduands are required to obtain their Academic Gowns at their various departments.

Please Note The Following:

  • Deadline: MTech and first-class graduands are to pay their Congregation fee not later than Thursday, 25th February, 2021. Failure to do so makes one ineligible to partake in the Ceremony.
  • MTech and first-class graduands who do not attend the rehearsals will not be presented at the Ceremony.
  • MTech and first-class graduands will be expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation.
  • Graduands who are unable to attend the Congregation shall be required to pay the same amount before the collection of their certificates.
  • Graduands who wish to pay through ‘MTN Momo Pay’ should indicate their full name and student number as reference.

Examination Results

The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.

Clearance & Fees

Graduands who have successfully completed their programmes during the 2024 academic Year and wish to be presented during the March, 2021 Congregation are required to be cleared of any financial obligations to the University prior to registration for the Congregation.

List of Graduands

The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements. The online Congregation Brochure containing the list of the graduands will also be made available on the website.

Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.

Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names

Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.

Punctuality 

Graduands must take seats by 9.00 am.
