Upon your graduation, On
Friday 25th October 2019, Africa Nazarene University, ANU confirmed a high number of graduates with both Certificates, Diplomas and Bachelor Degrees from various spectrum of courses offered at ANU. The occasion that was graced by high number of dignitaries and Excellencies. Of the very many graduates whose transcripts we expected to be ready by 5th December 2019, graduands are expected to note the transcript/certificate collection dates as stated below.
AFRICA NAZARENE UNIVERSITY 22ND GRADUATION SCHEDULE OF PRINTED CERTIFICATE/TRANSCRIPT COLLECTION
The Certificate printing process has been completed and have revised the collection dates as follows:
DECEMBER 5th, 2019
- School of Science and Technology
- School of Religion and Christian Ministries
DECEMBER 6th, 2019
- School of Law
- Department of Counseling Psychology
DECEMBER 9th, 2019
DECEMBER 10th, 2019
- Department of Education
- Department of Mass Communication
DECEMBER 11th, 2019
- Department of Governance Peace and Security studies
NOTE: Each graduate is required to come on the allocated date either by school or department. Any certificate that could not have been collected by December 11th, 2019, the initial dates will apply.
Please remember to carry your National ID or Passport, fee statement and pick a clearance form from the student registry.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The names on the Degree certificate will appear as they are in the National ID/Passport in the order of First name, Middle name and Surname. While collecting certificates, graduates must ensure that their names are correctly spelt.
Certificates must be safely kept Duplicates are never issued.
STORAGE CHARGES
- Every graduate must have collected his/her certificate by Friday, March 27th, 2020.
- Any certificate not collected by this date will attract a storage charge of Kshs. 1000 per year or part thereof. For avoidance of doubt, any part of a year after the expiry of the collection date shall still attract a storage charge of Kshs. 1000.
CERTIFICATION
- Each graduate is entitled to one set (transcript and certificate) of certified copies on the day of collection. Any subsequent copies will be done at a fee of Kshs.100 per page.
