We are happy to present to you the Islamic University of Kenya (IUK) 1st Graduation List – 2021 Updated. The Chancellor, Islamic University of Kenya, on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF KENYA 1ST GRADUATION LIST FOR 2021

Islamic University of Kenya  is pleased to inform all students who qualified for various degrees and diplomas that the first graduation ceremony will be held on Saturday 11th December 2021 commencing at 9.00 A.M at the main campus in Kisaju, Kajiado county.

Examination Results

The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.

List of Graduands

The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.

Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately. All students aspiring to graduate are requested to ensure that they meet the requirements for graduation.

Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names

All graduands are requested to verify their names. Any requests for changes in spelling and order of names should be done within this period at the respective campus admissions office. The Senate-approved graduands’ list will be posted above and on the University website. All graduands are advised to confirm the spelling and order of their names with the Registrar Academic Affairs by 30th November 2021.

Clearance & Fees

Only those students who will have completed paying the fees due to the University by Wednesday 30th November 2021 be allowed to graduate.  All graduands will be required to obtain a clearance from the relevant departments and pay compulsory graduation fee of KES 6,500 by 30th November 2021. Only students who will have paid the graduation fees will be allowed to graduate.

All graduands are required to fill out the graduation clearance forms to aid in the clearance process. Kindly note the forms can be downloaded from the University website:   https://iuk.ac.ke/graduation-information

Rehearsals

Rehearsals will be held on 10th December 2021 at the main campus in Kisaju at 10:00 A.M in full graduation attire.

Academic Attire

Graduation gown, booklet and invitation cards will be issued strictly Wednesday 1st December and 8th December 2021 from the office of the Registrar Academic Affairs to graduands who will have paid the graduation fee.

Punctuality

On the graduation day, all graduands will participate in the graduands’ procession in order of their school at 8.00 a.m.
