KABETE NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC ADMISSION APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Kabete National Polytechnic manages its admissions through three official and verified portals. Before applying, identify which portal applies to your applicant category:

• Government-Sponsored Students: Apply exclusively through the KUCCPS Student Portal at https://students.kuccps.net. This is the national gateway for all centrally managed government placements and sponsored slots.
• Self-Sponsored Applicants (Regular Intakes — January, May, September): Apply through the institution’s MIS Application Portal at https://mis.kabetepoly.ac.ke. This is the primary portal for direct, self-financed applications for regular courses.
• May 2026 Intake Applicants: Apply through the Jiunge Application Portal at https://kabetepoly.jiunge.com. This portal is specifically directed for the May 2026 intake by the official KNP communications.

Application forms can also be downloaded from the official Kabete National Polytechnic website at www.kabetepoly.ac.ke, which is the central hub for all official announcements, admission guides, admission letters, and downloadable forms.

• Search for and select the course you want to pursue.
• Fill the accompanying application form and submit it through the correct portal for your applicant category.
• Prepare scanned copies of your KCSE Certificate and KCPE Certificate — these are required documents for the registration process.

Kabete National Polytechnic offers courses at the diploma and certificate levels. The institution runs three main intake periods: January, May, and September. Prospective students should apply before the deadline date as communicated by the Admissions office. Late applications are only accepted if programme space allows — these should be received not later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester, or not later than a week after the beginning of a session.

Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.

Note (2026): All submitted academic qualifications are subject to mandatory verification by the institution. Ensure that all certificates and documents submitted are genuine and legible.
