KENYATTA UNIVERSITY 53RD GRADUATION LIST FOR 2023
Kenyatta University wishes to inform all students in the Regular, Institutional Based and Digital School Programmes who completed their studies by the end of May, 2023 that they can apply for the 53rd graduation ceremony scheduled for July 2023, at Kenyatta University, Main Campus, Nairobi.
NOTE:
- Application is a must for those wishing to graduate.
- Only students without fees balances will be cleared for graduation.
- Application for graduation is done online, through ‘Student Online Services’, on the University website; www.ku.ac.ke
- The online application tool will be activated on 3rd April, 2023 and will be de-activated after the deadline.
- The deadline for applications will be 2nd June, 2023.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
List of Graduands
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
All graduands are requested to verify their names. Any requests for changes in spelling and order of names should be made within this period at the respective campus admissions office. The Senate-approved graduands’ list will be posted above and on the University website.
Clearance & Fees
All graduands should be cleared by the Kenyatta University, KU’s Accounts Office before registering for graduation. Any outstanding fees must be paid before the deadline. Only graduands cleared by the Accounts office will be allowed to register for graduation.
Academic Attire
All cleared Graduands are expected to pick their gowns from their respective Schools. All prospective Graduands are expected to strictly adhere to the HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS put in place by the University when collecting the attire.
Punctuality
On graduation day, all graduands will participate in the graduands’ procession in order of their school at 8.00 a.m.
Picking of Certificates
Certificates and transcripts will be picked as per the schedule to be advertised in the daily newspapers, KU Website and social media platforms. Graduation Booklets will also be issued to ALL GRADUATES after picking their certificates.
