Application for the Machakos University, MKSU Apprenticeship Opportunities in Kenya – 2020 Entry is now open for all interested Graduates
Machakos University seeks to enhance graduates with on-the-job training and sometimes accompanying study (classroom work and reading). The University is therefore inviting applications from candidates who are suitably qualified to serve as apprentices in the following areas:
- Mechanical (Motor Vehicle) and Electrical Works
- Building and Construction (Plumbing, Masonry, Welding, Carpentry)
- Green/Renewable Energy
- Hotel Industry
- Information Communication and Technology
- Library/Information Science
- Clothing Technology
Machakos University was awarded a Charter on 7th October 2017 and is a successor of Machakos University College. It is located one (1) Km from Machakos Town along the main Machakos – Wote road. The vision of the University is: A preferred University of Excellence in Scholarship and Service Delivery; whereas the Mission of the University is: To Provide scholarly education through Training, Research and Innovation for Industrial and socio-economic transformation of our community.

MKSU APPRENTICESHIP ELIGIBILITY
- Applicants should be graduates at either certificate, diploma or degree level in the areas indicated above and seeking to gain further skills. Those with serving experience of at least five (5) years may apply if they are not graduates of either levels.
Fees: There are no fees charged for this positions.
MKSU APPRENTICESHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Applicant should submit an application letter (indicating the area to be considered) with CV and copies of academic certificates.
- Applicant should indicate current addresses and telephone numbers and three (3) referees.
