We are pleased to announce that the application for the 2025 College of Cape Town Learnerships is now open.

College of Cape Town Learnerships

The College of Cape Town is offering a fully funded, 12-month Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Support Learnership at NQF Level 3. This program is specifically designed for unemployed youth looking to break into the contact centre / BPO sector and gain valuable workplace and technical experience.

COLLEGE OF CAPE TOWN LEARNERSHIPS ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS

Eligibility & Requirements

To apply, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of NQF Level 2 (Grade 10) or higher.
  • Basic proficiency with computers is required.
  • Unemployed (must provide an affidavit).
  • Ages between 18 and 34 years.
  • Must not currently be studying or owe any outstanding fees to the College of Cape Town.
  • Willing to attend classes 5 days a week, from 08:00 to 16:00, at the Gardens Campus.
  • Must not have participated in a learnership program before.

Field of Study

This is a Contact Centre & BPO Support learnership. Over the 12 months, learners will be exposed to:

  • Customer service operations
  • Call center procedures
  • Business process outsourcing workflows
  • Practical on-the-job training + classroom learning

Stipend Amount

Accepted learners will receive a travel allowance / stipend to support attendance.


COLLEGE OF CAPE TOWN LEARNERSHIPS APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  • Apply online through the College of Cape Town website: visit cct.edu.za.
  • Prepare and submit the following supporting documents:
    • Proof of address
    • Certified copies of your highest qualification or recent Statement of Results (no older than 3 months)
    • Certified copy of your ID document (also no older than 3 months)
  • Complete your online application before the deadline. Only online applications will be considered, and only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
