STEP 1: Apply Online
- Please apply online via the Damelin University Application Portal and Choose the mode of study (Full-Time, Part-Time or a Short Learning Programme, blended or distance learning via online)
- Select the right options that suit you to start your application journey.
- Select your preferred campus and payment option click on the ‘Apply Now‘ button to continue.
- If you are a first-time user, click on ‘Register‘ to create an account. You will then be prompted to complete all the required fields.
- After you are done with the above steps, you will then be taken to the page where you will be required to fill in all the necessary information, like your course details, educational details, make payment (check the Damelin University Application Fee and how to pay on the application page), indemnity and undertaking, and upload the necessary documents.

STEP 2 – Acknowledgement of Application
- You will receive an email confirming online submission of your application immediately.
- Within three working days, you should receive formal acknowledgment of your application along with your student number and log-in details.

- The original and certified copy of the front page of the student and consumer’s (where the student is not the consumer) valid identity book (if a South African citizen);
- Certified copies of student’s study permit and front page of valid passport (if not a South African citizen), including the front page of a valid passport for the consumer (where the student is not the consumer);
- Where applicable, original and certified copies of Matriculation (Grade 12) Certificate, or symbols, or School Leaver’s Certificate. If the student is awaiting matriculation results, these must be furnished as soon as they become available, and in any event, prior to the commencement of the course registered for.
- Original and certified copies of the Academic Record and Certificate of Good Conduct should the student be transferring from another tertiary education institution or examining body to Damelin.
- Original and certified copies of the confirmation of institute enrollment, where applicable.
- If a payment option other than a full settlement is selected, the student, company, guarantee, or surety must submit:
- Proof of income, being in respect of permanently employed persons.
- The original and certified copies of the 3 (three) most recent salary advice or 3 (three) months’ bank statements for self-employed persons
- Proof of residence of account payer
