Application for the UNILUS Capital Market Association Zambia (CMAZ) Essay Competition For Zambian Students – 2020 Entry is now open at the University of Lusaka (UNILUS) in Zambia.
The Capital Market Association Zambia (CMAZ) Essay Competition is one of the financial literacy and inclusion initiative that have been put in to enhance investor education and protection.The competition aims to bridge the gap in classroom learning with the practical knowledge required for long personal financial planning and smart investing. The competition’s overall goal is to develop a culture of wealth creation amongst the youth towards “Building a Financially Savvy Generation”.
Essay Topic: How can investing in the capital market help to create a better future for all?
The competition is one of the most prestigious competition in Zambia. The aim of the program is to create a global network of future leaders committed to improving the lives of others.
PRIZES
The University will select the winning logo in the distinctive order and awarded as reflected below:
- First position: K 6, 000
- Second Position: K 3, 000
- Third Position: K 2,500

Scholars are selected on the following criteria:
- The essay competition is open to all students at UNILUS University.
- Entries must be written in English and be the original work of the writer.
- Essay must be in PDF format.
- Maximum of 2000 words and a minimum of 1500 words are required.
- Failure to meet any of the above mentioned requirements would lead to disqualification.
