Kenyatta University has officially opened the online application process for students who completed their studies during the 2024/2025 academic year to take part in the 58th Graduation Ceremony, scheduled for 19th December 2025 at the Main Campus, Nairobi.
All prospective graduands are required to apply online within the given dates to avoid missing out.

Examination Results

Only students who have fully completed their academic requirements and have received official examination results confirming eligibility may apply to graduate.

Verification of Academic Records and Order of Names

When applying, ensure the order and spelling of your full names match exactly as they appear in your academic records and national identification documents.

Clearance & Fees

Students must have no outstanding fee balances to be cleared for graduation.
The moment you submit your graduation application online, the clearance process is automatically initiated — no separate clearance form is needed if your account is up to date.

If you have pending balances, ensure they are fully settled before the application closing date.

Academic Attire

Information on gown rental, collection, and return dates will be communicated closer to the graduation day.

Punctuality

Graduands and their invited guests are expected to arrive on time on the day of the ceremony.

Picking of Certificates

Degree and diploma certificates will be issued after the ceremony, following the schedule released by the university.
