The Chancellor, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, MMUST, on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

MASINDE MULIRU UNIVERSITY (MMUST) 18TH GRADUATION LIST FOR DECEMBER 2022
Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST)wishes to inform all candidates who qualified for conferment of various Degrees. award of Diplomas and Certificates in the 2021/2022 Academic Year, as well as members of the public, that the 18th Graduation Ceremony will take place on 9th December, 2022 at the MMUST Graduation Square Kakamega. The invited guests, Doctorate and Masters graduands only should be seated by 8.30am

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
All graduands are requested to verify their names. Any requests for changes in spelling and order of names should be done within this period at the respective campus admissions office. The Senate-approved graduands’ list will be posted above and on the University website.
Clearance & Fees
Only graduands who shall have PAID ALL FEES including Graduation Fees and presented their Clearance forms to the Finance Office shall be allowed to graduate. Graduands shall confirm their graduation status and order of names from their Schools by filling Graduation Application Forms available at their respective Schools.

Academic Attire
The Academic Regalia will be collected from respective Schools at the Main Campus and returned. Delay in returning the Academic Regalia shall at tract a penalty fee of Kshs. 500 / = per day.
Rehearsals
Rehearsal will take place at t he University Graduation Square- Kakamega on Thursday, 8th December, 2022 beginning at 12.00 noon. Please note that only Doctorate and Masters graduands will be allowed to participate in the ‘face to face’ rehearsal and graduation. They should be in full academic regalia and be seated by 11.00 am for rehearsal.
Whereas, other graduands may collect gowns for personal use during graduation ceremony at their convenience, they shall only participate in the graduation virtually/ online.
Punctuality
On graduation day, all graduands will participate in the graduands’ procession in order of their school at 7.00 a.m.
Two ( 2) invitation cards will be issued to each graduand. The cards will be collected from respective Deans of Academic Schools.
NOTE that certificates shall be collected in person from 9 .00 a.m to 3. 00 pm on working days and t hat t he University does not replace lost Certificates. Certificates stored for a period of more than a year shall attract a charge of Ksh. 1,000 /= (Kenya Shillings one thousand) only per year.
