We are happy to present to you the Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, MMUST 18th Graduation List – December 2022 Updated. The Chancellor, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, MMUST, on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.
All successful graduands can check their names below or on the university website.

MASINDE MULIRU UNIVERSITY (MMUST) 18TH GRADUATION LIST FOR DECEMBER 2022
Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST)wishes to inform all candidates who qualified for conferment of various Degrees. award of Diplomas and Certificates in the 2021/2022 Academic Year, as well as members of the public, that the 18th Graduation Ceremony will take place on 9th December, 2022 at the MMUST Graduation Square Kakamega. The invited guests, Doctorate and Masters graduands only should be seated by 8.30am

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
All graduands must verify their academic details and ensure that their names appear exactly as they should on their final certificates.
MMUST emphasizes that each student must:
- Confirm the order of names
- Check spelling accuracy
- Ensure all academic records are correct
Once certificates are printed, no changes will be made, so this verification process is crucial.
Clearance & Fees
To qualify for graduation, every graduand must:
- Clear all outstanding fees, including graduation fees.
- Complete the online clearance process and print the clearance certificate.
- Ensure this process is finished by 20th November 2025 at the latest.

Academic Attire
The Academic Regalia will be collected from respective Schools at the Main Campus and returned. Delay in returning the Academic Regalia shall at tract a penalty fee of Kshs. 500 / = per day.
Rehearsals
Graduation rehearsal is mandatory for all graduands.
Details:
- Date: Thursday, 4th December 2025
- Time: Be seated by 11:00 a.m.
- Venue: MMUST Graduation Square – Kakamega
- Dress Code: Full academic regalia
Students who miss rehearsal may not be allowed to participate in the main ceremony.
Punctuality
All graduands and invited guests should arrive early.
MMUST requires that everyone be seated by 8:30 a.m. on the graduation day. Late arrivals may miss key parts of the ceremony or be restricted from joining the main procession.
Picking of Certificates
After the ceremony:
- Graduands will receive communication from their Schools on certificate collection timelines.
- Only students who have cleared all fees and returned their regalia will be allowed to collect certificates.
- Graduands must present valid identification and any required clearance documents.
