We are happy to present to you the Co-operative University of Kenya, CUK 6th Graduation List – February 2022. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.
Therefore all successful graduands can check their names below or on the university website.
CO-OPERATIVE UNIVERSITY OF KENYA 6TH GRADUATION LIST FOR FEBRUARY 2021
The Co-operative University of Kenya (CUK) hereby announces its 6th Graduation Ceremony to be held virtually on Friday 25th February starting at 8.30 a.m. All candidates who have fulfilled the requirements for the award of various Certificates, Diplomas and the conferment of Degrees during the 2020/2021 academic year are invited to participate.
Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Graduation Status
All students who completed their studies in the 2020/2021 Academic Year and those who completed in previous academic years are advised to confirm their appearance on the graduation list through their student portals and University website by Monday 31st January 2022.
Clearance & Fees
APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION
Graduands are required to apply for the 2022 Graduation online through the CUK Students Portal as per the instructions and guidelines that have been availed on the University website ww.cuk.ac.ke/graduation before Friday 28th January 2022.
CLEARING OF FEES BALANCES
Graduands are required to clear all applicable fees before applying for graduation. Anyone with fee arrears will therefore be excluded from the graduation list.
GRADUATION FEES
The graduation fees are as indicated in the table below:

All graduation fee payments must be made before Friday 28th January 2022 through Co-operative Bank, Acc. /No. 01129062663600 Karen branch. Failure to pay the graduation fees will lead to exclusion from the graduation list.
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
All students who completed their studies in the 2022/2023 Academic Year and those who completed in previous academic years are advised to confirm their graduation status at their respective schools by Monday, November 16, 2020.
Graduation Attire
Graduation gowns will be available for hire upon presentation of the original National Identity card and the hiring of gowns form that can be downloaded from the University website (https://www.cuk.ac.ke/graduation/). Gowns will be collected from the Housekeeping Section at Main Campus (Karen, Nairobi) starting from Thursday 17th February to Wednesday 23rd February 2022 and should be returned by Friday 4th March 2022. Failure to return the gown by the stated date will attract a penalty of KES. 500 per day.
Rehearsals
Since graduation will be virtual, there will be no rehearsal. The graduation ceremony will be broadcasted live on our official YouTube Channel (The Co-operative University of Kenya), our official social media pages and via the Zoom webinar platform.
Punctuality and invitation Card
Graduands shall NOT be allowed into the graduation venue. However, invitation cards shall be issued to the few and officiating personnel. Those without graduation invitation cards shall not be allowed into the graduation venue. For graduands who will be interested in possessing graduation cards for posterity, e-cards will be available.
The few guests to grace the occasion will be required to be seated by 8.00 a.m. Those who will be late will not be allowed into the graduation venue.
