We are happy to present to you the Updated Laikipia University 13th Graduation List for 2025. The Chancellor, Laikipia University, on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.
Therefore, all successful graduands can check their names below or on the university website.
LAIKIPIA UNIVERSITY 13TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2025
Laikipia University has officially announced its 13th Graduation Ceremony, scheduled for Thursday, 11th December 2025, at the University’s Graduation Pavilion. The ceremony will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will also be streamed live through the University’s social media platforms. Livestream links will be shared on the official website: www.laikipia.ac.ke.
This announcement applies to all graduands for the 2024/2025 Academic Year, as well as parents, guardians, alumni, and the general public.
Information regarding preparations for the ceremony is detailed below:
Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.

Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands are required to verify the spelling, order, and accuracy of their names.
Any corrections must be reported to the Registrar (Academic Affairs) before:
Deadline: Friday, 5th December 2025
Please note:
- Names will be printed exactly as they appear in the provisional list.
- No corrections will be accepted after the above deadline.
- Failure to verify details may result in certificates being issued with incorrect information.
Clearance & Fees
Graduands must clear all outstanding fees before their names can appear on the final graduation list. The required charges for the ceremony are as follows:

In addition:
- A Ksh 500 fee is charged for printing official transcripts.
- All payments must be completed via the University’s online payment portal: https://epayments.laikipia.ac.ke/
Important reminders:
- Use your Registration Number, NOT your ID number, when making payment.
- Payment deadline: Friday, 28th November 2025.
- Only students who have cleared all fees will appear in the confirmed graduation list.
Rehearsal
Rehearsal is mandatory for all graduands wishing to participate in the ceremony.
- Venue: Graduation Pavilion
- Date: Wednesday, 10th December 2025
- Time: 10:00 a.m.
- Dress Code: Full Academic Attire
Attendance ensures proper coordination during the main ceremony.
Academic Attire
Graduation gowns and academic wear will be issued from the respective Deans of Schools between:
- 8th – 10th December 2025
Additional details:
- Gown hire forms can be downloaded from www.laikipia.ac.ke.
- Gowns must be returned on or before 9th January 2026.
- Late returns attract a penalty of Ksh 500 per day.
Punctuality
On graduation day, all graduands will participate in the graduands’ procession in order of their school at 7.00 a.m.
Picking of Certificates
Certificates and official transcripts will be issued from the Registrar (Academic Affairs) Office.
The exact collection date will be announced on the University website.
Important note:
- Certificates not collected within three (3) months from the announced date will attract a storage fee of Ksh 1,000 per year.
