POLICE ADMIN CLERK ROLES, REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS AT THE SAPS

• REQUIREMENTS : Applicants have to show competency in the post-specific core features of the post; Be fluent in at least two of the reputable languages, of which one have to be English; Be a South African Citizen; Must have no preceding crook / departmental convictions or crook / departmental instances pending; Applicants will be subjected to a vetting method which will consist of safety screening and
  fingerprint verification; Be in possession of a Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• DUTIES : Render administrative aid functions, Administer logistical Matters. Maintain go away records, registers and files. Answer and Screen all incoming calls to the workplace of the Section. Type reports, letters, minutes, agendas, handle personal documents, retaining report of the minutes and display flow of files to the workplace of the Section Head.
