The International Air Transport Association (IATA) seeks to improve services for all it’s customers. Therefore, it is pleased to announce the adoption of a customer login portal, that would make it easy for customers to perform services like Travel, Cargo, Financial Services, Training, IATA Publications, etc anywhere and anytime.

This customer platform is to help customers of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in directly accessing more than 60 IATA services, specially selected for them; easily managing and updating their IATA profile; discovering the selection of publications, trainings and other IATA products and services; accessing extensive collection of questions & answers as well as gietting direct support from IATA.

Therefore, the IATA platform enable customers to access IATA services; stay up to date; find special offers and finally get answers. A series of short video tutorials will be made available in the coming days to further help customers in accessing the IATA portal.

STEPS ON HOW TO ACCESS THE IATA CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. 

The following is a guide on how to access IATA Customer Portal:

  1. Open your internet browser e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.
  2. Go to IATA Customer Login Portal
  3. Select Log in
  4. Once logged in, scroll down the page to access your dashboard.

Trouble logging in:

  • Verify you are using the same email address as you used during registration
  • Passwords are case-sensitive so be sure you don’t have caps lock enabled
  • Your account may be temporarily disabled due to too many failed log in attempts. Please wait for 10-15 minutes and try again
  • Please use the Forgot Password feature if you require to reset your password

Reset password email not received

  • Verify you entered the same email address as you used for registration
  • Check your Spam / Junk /  Deleted Items folder
  • Depending on your personal or company set up it is also possible that emails received in the ‘Deleted Items’ folder are automatically deleted
  • ​​​If possible please request your Email Administrator to whitelist the IATA.org domain to ensure that all IATA Customer Portal emails will pass through your Organization’s spam filters
  • If you still do not receive the Reset password email then please click here

Self-registration issues

  • Please ensure that you entered all the mandatory fields, including Sector
  • Browser compatibility: The self-registration process works best with Chrome, Firefox, Safari & IE 11 upwards
