The Authority of the Teacher Service Commission (TSC) has enabled the payslip portal for teachers in Kenya. The Online Portal is created for teachers working in Kenya to create an account or log in to perform certain actions at ease e.g. Salary status, account balance and so much more.
The Teacher Service Commission embarked on development of this TSC Online Payslip Login Portal whose aim is to address all its Human Resource (HR) needs. The System is designed in-house by TSC Kenya in collaboration with Human Resource Officers. The System is expected to interface with other existing and future systems like IFMIS, G-Pay, IRMIS and IPPD. Users of the payslip portal includes teachers in the public service who will benefit from a centralized readily accessible, efficient and transparent system.

For Existing Employees

- Open your internet browser e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.
- Go to the TSC website and click on the “Online Payslip” under online services OR
- Go directly to the TSC Online Payslip Login Portal
- Select Log in
- Once logged in, scroll down the page to access your dashboard.
For New Employees
