The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is responsible for market conduct regulation and supervision in South Africa. Their goal is to enhance and support the efficiency and integrity of financial markets while protecting financial customers. They promote fair treatment by financial institutions, provide financial education, and maintain financial stability. To help achieve these objectives, the FSCA is offering a Learnership Programme for 2023/24 in Pretoria.
FSCA LEARNERSHIPS ELIGIBILITY
Applicants for the FSCA Learnership Programme must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- South African citizen with a valid South African Identity Document
- Completed Grade 12
- No prior work experience
- A strong desire to work in the financial services sector
- Interest in learning and development field
