Rotary International  Scholarships in Netherlands 2023


The application for the Rotary International  Scholarships for the academic year 2023/2024 is now open by Ministry of Education for Water and Sanitation Professionals in Netherlands.  

The IHE Delft Institute for Water Education hereby invites all outstanding students to apply for the 2023/2024 Scholarship. The IHE Delft Institute for Water Education has set-up a tertiary Scholarship to bolster capacity, expertise and work opportunities related to different sectors. It is intended for tertiary students at the Masters. The university will provide financial support for high achieving candidates. The successfully selected candidates will be awarded a scholarship worth €32,500 towards the undertaken master’s degree program at IHE Delft. IHE Delft Institute for Water Education has allocated Scholarship specifically for the following fields below. 

The IHE Delft Institute for Water Education and its community believe in the potential of youth. We believe that access to education should not be dependent on wealth. Education creates opportunities for youth to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to participate in the economy, achieve upward mobility, and change the world for the better for all in it.

For the Rotary International  Scholarships, we are looking for students who will be meeting the admission requirements and other eligibility requirements of the hosting universities stated below.


Eligible courses are: 

  • Graduate Diploma/Master of Secondary Teaching.

Candidate Requirements 

Eligible criteria are:

  • All international and domestic students can apply.
  • The application form must be completed by the applicants themselves and by the Rotary Club.
  • The applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree at level B/B+ (US system) or upper 2nd (British system) in an appropriate field awarded by a university of recognized standing.
  • The students must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests: IELTS (academic version) – 7.0,, and TOEFL internet-based – 100.

  • The requirement includes:
    • Certified copies of degrees/diplomas.
    • Certified copies of academic transcripts
    • Two recommendation letters
    • Copy of identity document
    • Copy of results of English language test score


  • Completed applications need to be submitted on or before 1st April, 2023. Late applications will not be considered.
