Unlike Scuola and Sant’anna you will be responsible for your living costs such as rent and food. In Berlin, living costs amounts to about 700 euros monthly. This university is also one of the cheap universities in Europe that teach in English. They offer a Bachelor of Arts program filled with courses taught in English. 4. UNIVERSITY OF GÖTTINGEN

University of Göttingen is yet another of the tuition free universities in Europe, Germany to be precise. The only cost for this university is a small administrative fee of about 300 Euros per semester and living cost. All these are to be paid by the applicant.

This university has programs in humanities, law natural sciences and social sciences some of which are in English. In Göttingen, the cost of living is similar to Berlin at around 700 euros, or less than $800 a month.

At the University of Gӧttingen, international students pay approximately €760 per year which covers enrolment and re-registration for both first and second semesters.

5. RWTH AACHEN UNIVERSITY

This University specializes in architecture, georesources, and materials engineering. All bachelor study courses are taught in German, so you’ll need a certain amount of fluency in German to attend school here.

The university charges no tuition except for a small student body and processing fee of ~260 euros, or ~$290 per semester. The expected cost of living is about ~800 Euros per month, or just under ~$900. While this doesn’t quite help you study abroad in Europe for free, it’s pretty darn close!

6. THE UNIVERSITY OF VIENNA

Vienna, Austria is another great place for cheap universities in Europe and founded in 1365. The University of Vienna is tuition free, with only a small processing fee of ~730 Euros, or ~$815 per semester. The school has almost 200 different programs from which to choose and many are taught in English.

This University is located in Vienna, Austria and remains one of the oldest. Being one of the oldest universities in Austria, it is rich with vast cultural heritage, and was founded in the year 1365. The city is known for its high life, cuisines, culture, and many others, thus making it a good option for many students.

7. NORD UNIVERSITY

This school which is located in‎ Bodø, Norway is on this list for many reasons. It is a public school that is managed and funded by the Norwegian. There is no tuition fee for students to pay, but as Non-European citizens you are expected to prove you have adequate funds to fend for yourself in a year while securing a visa for your stay. This is to ensure you are capable of catering for yourself

The cost of living in Norway is approximately $13,000. Comparing it to the cost of living in other European countries, it is obviously way cheaper.

Another beautiful thing about the school is that there are diverse programs that are being taught in English such as Animation; Biology, Circumpolar studies, 3D arts, and lots more.

The only catch is that, as a non EU citizen, you are required to prove that you have the funds to support yourself for a year in Norway in order to get a visa to study there. This is fair enough terms.

8. NANTES UNIVERSITY

Nantes University is not expensive as it charges only a small processing fee of 184 euros, or ~$200 per semester. The cost of living here is relatively low, at just 600 euros, or $670 per month.

The various courses in the school are: biology and earth science; foreign languages, literature, and civilizations; and European and international studies which are taught in English for the be edit of all.

9. UNIVERSITY OF ATHENS

This is the oldest university in all of Greece. Their undergraduate programs range from dentistry to music studies, in addition to nursing, social theology, and theatre studies. University of Paris-Sud is one of the cheapest universities in Europe; they charge only a small processing fee of around €170 which is equivalent to $190 per semester. Their English-taught programs include sciences and languages, and economics, physics and management.

The only thing is, because it’s a big city, the cost of living in Paris tends to be a little higher.
