The Old Mutual hereby invites all outstanding students to apply for the Old Mutual Actuarial Bursary. It is meant for students that intend to or are currently studying towards degree and diploma programmes that are aligned to the following listed below:

OLD MUTUAL ACTUARIAL BURSARY APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
Typical areas of work include:
- Designing insurance and investment products
- Consulting to pension funds to provide investment advice and forecast possible investment return
- Calculate companies’ profit and loss
- Project future profits and monitor companies’ performances.
What do I need to qualify for?
- An A in Mathematics (not Maths literacy) and Bs for all your other subjects
- Must study at either the University of Cape Town, the University of Stellenbosch, the University of the Witwatersrand or the University of Pretoria
