GWK Bursary 2024/2025 | How to Apply

The application for the GWK Bursary for the academic year 2024-2025 is now open by the GWK for all South Africans in South Africa.

The GWK hereby invites all outstanding students to apply for the undergraduate bursary. It is meant for students that intend to or are currently studying towards degree and diploma programmes that are aligned to the following listed below:

  • Agricultural Economists
  • Agriculturists
  • Buyers
  • Grain Procurers
  • Programmers
  • Safex traders

The GWK bursary programme assists by supporting financially deserving students with great academic potential to take their first steps in achieving their dreams and obtaining their undergraduate degree. The GWK Undergraduate Bursary Programme aims to fund academically deserving students who do not have the financial means to study full-time towards an undergraduate degree.

GWK BURSARY APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be a South African citizen
  • You must have completed Matric
  • You must have a good academic record
  • You must be studying or intend on studying towards a qualification within one of the aforementioned fields
  • You must be studying or intend on studying at a recognised tertiary institution in South Africa

How to apply

Completed application forms with supporting documentation must be submitted online.

  • All costs, as indicated on application form
  • Course information
  • Copy of Identification document
  • Curriculum Vitae

CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS

  • Completed applications need to be submitted no later than August 31.
  • Feedback regarding successful applications will be provided annually on October 31st
