Media Council of Kenya (MCK) has an opportunity for a 12 months Journalism Internships programme closing on 12th Novemebr 2021. At Media Council of Kenya (MCK), Internships Programmes seek to tackle the issue of youth unemployment in South Africa whilst building critical and core skills for the bank. There are some core programmes that role out constantly. Other programmes are rolled out based on business need and demand
The Media Council of Kenya (MCK) Journalism Internships uses a fully integrated approach that combines theory with practical training and leads to a recognised qualification/certification.

MEDIA COUNCIL OF KENYA (MCK) JOURNALISM INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
Final year students from a recognized University or Middle level college.
- Letter of application from the student
- Recommendation letter from the university or college
- Academic transcripts
- Valid student identification card or registration number
- Evidence of published work or broadcast will be an added advantage.
MEDIA COUNCIL OF KENYA (MCK) JOURNALISM INTERNSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Interested journalism students or universities and middle level colleges can submit application letter all together with other requirements to: internship@mediacouncil.or.ke with the subject title: Application for MCK Industrial Placement programnle on or before Friday, 12th November 2021. Applications should indicate their preferred regions and media houses.
