At Netcare, Learnership Programmes seek to tackle the issue of youth unemployment in South Africa whilst building critical and core skills for the bank. There are some core programmes that role out constantly. Other programmes are rolled out based on business need and demand

The learnership uses a fully integrated approach that combines theory with practical training and leads to a recognised qualification/certification.

NETCARE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY

  • Candidates must be South African citizens in order to qualify.

They will also be required to have the following:

  • Candidates must have a valid Matric certification
  • Candidates must be proficient in English
  • Candidates must hold a valid South African ID Document
  • Depending on the field, candidates must also have a valid driver’s license.
  • Applicants with a disability is preferred and the nature of disability must clearly be stated within their curriculum vitae and experience.
  • Candidates must provide certified copies of all qualifications and a motivational letter stating their goals and reason for applying.
