Requirements & Eligibility

Education Qualification (Minimum):

A National Diploma, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or BTech qualification (NQF Level 6 or 7) in any of the following fields:
- Internal Auditing
- Accounting / BCom Accounting
- Auditing / Taxation / Finance
- Information Management
- BSc in Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematics
Qualification must be from a Department of Higher Education & Training (DHET) registered institution — i.e., a University, University of Technology, or TVET College.

Work Experience:

No prior work experience is required — this is a graduate training opportunity.

Age Requirement:

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old.

Citizenship:

Must be a South African citizen.

Successful candidates will be placed in TFR Depots/Departments across various regions, including:

Bellville
Bloemfontein
Ermelo
Johannesburg
Ogies

Employment Type: 2-year structured graduate development programme under mentorship.
