ENGEN GARAGE CAREER (VACANT) POSITIONS, ROLES, REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS   

Applications are invited from qualified individuals for the positions shown below.

1. Capex Coordinator

Who You Are:

•    You are able to co-ordinate capex projects and processes to optimise Engineering efficiency and ensure the return on company assets for the division and for effective management of the Plant Maintenance processes
•    You have built a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Capex and Maintenance Co-ordination portfolio in the Petrochemical industry.
•    You are an expert at SAP ERP Production Proficiency | SAPPM Plant Maintenance | SAP MM Materials Management | SAP PS Project Systems | SAP AM Asset Management
•    You are passionate about Engineering Support | SAP Systems | Problem Solving.
•    You have excellent Administrative skills in SAP ERP Production Systems | Excel |  Data Analysis.
•    You have a reputation for fostering and sustaining effective working relationships and rapport with the Engen`s Business Stake Holders | Commercial Sales  | Lubes Sales | Engineers | External Customers | Vendors to keep abreast work requests and query resolution.

What you’ll have done before:

Baseline:
•    NQF Level 6 (Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering)
•    Minimum of 3 years working experience in the portfolio of Capex and Maintenance Co-ordination and Administration | Petro Chemical Industry.
•    Minimum of 3 years working knowledge of SAP ERP Production Proficiency | SAPPM Plant Maintenance | SAP MM Materials Management | SAP PS Project Systems | SAP AM Asset Management

Advantageous
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Engineering & Maintenance/ Operations/ Plant Environment.
•    Good Technical understanding of Commercial | Lube  Business Fuel Installations
•    Good Technical understanding of Petrol Service Station forecourts and forecourt equipment.
•    Working Experience in the role as SAP ERP Production Trainer.
•    Working Experience in SAP Preventative Maintenance (PM)
•    Working Experience in basic Finance and Procurement procedures and processes
