BU Online Application 2025/2026: How to Apply at Botho University

STEPS ON HOW TO APPLY ONLINE FOR BOTHO UNIVERSITY, BU ADMISSION    

• Visit the Botho University Online Application Portal at https://crmweb.bothouniversity.ac.bw/OnlineApplication​
• On the portal, click on the “Register to Apply” option.​https://crmweb.bothouniversity.ac.bw
  • Fill in the required fields, including:​
    • First Name
    • Middle Name
    • Last Name
    • National ID or Passport Number
    • Country of Residence
    • Country Code
    • Mobile Number
    • Email Address
    • Create and confirm a password
    • After entering all necessary information, click “Submit” to create your account.​
• Return to the application portal’s main page and log in using your registered email address and password.​
• Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the application form. Provide accurate information in the following sections:​
  • Personal Details
  • Nationality
  • Address Information
  • Disability Information (if applicable)
  • Study Choices
  • Residential and Postal Addresses
  • Contact Details
  • Demographic Details
  • Next of Kin and Emergency Contact
  • Current Activities
  • Educational Background
  • Indemnity and Undertaking
• Prepare clear, certified copies of all relevant educational certificates and your passport or identity card. Upload these documents as per the portal’s instructions.​
• Carefully review all entered information and uploaded documents to ensure accuracy. Once confirmed, submit your application through the portal.​
• After submission, you’ll be prompted to pay the application fee. Follow the provided payment instructions to complete this process.​
• Upon successful submission and payment, you’ll receive an email acknowledging receipt of your application. This email will include your student number and login details for future correspondence.
