This article contains information on the Eduvos University application form and requirements for admission into certificate, diploma, and undergraduate programmes for the 2024 academic year.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.
EDUVOS UNIVERSITY ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS
It is in your best interest to apply before the deadline, as space is limited per course.
Complete the application form and pay your application fees to start your journey with Eduvos.
Your seat is secure if you meet the entrance criteria and your payment is successful. We’ve got you covered.
- This process is intended to capture all the initial details needed to complete an application with Eduvos.
- The official communication channel for matters related to your application is email from a formal eduvos.com address. Kindly monitor the email address supplied.
- Once this process is completed, you will be contacted by a higher education consultant from your preferred campus, who will request ID copies and any additional supporting documents. You can also upload your ID and highest qualification / latest transcript on page 2 of this process.
- To complete all sections, it will take you between 15 and 20 minutes. There are three sections. The first section deals with what you are applying for, the second with sponsor and emergency contact details and documentation, and the third with additional student address details.
- You must also pay your application fee with your ID number as a reference to our bank account or using the simple online payment link provided here. This link opens in a new window. You will also be redirected to a payment window after the third step.
- Please note that your application will not be processed until we have received your application fee payment, and your enrollment will not be processed until you have paid your first installment or upfront payment.
- Eduvos reserves the right to change qualification, module names, and content, as well as start dates if required.
- Application fees cover our expense of evaluating your application and are non-refundable, even if you decide not to study with us or do not qualify for admission.
- By submitting this application, you agree that we can contact you and that you agree with the terms and conditions of doing business with Eduvos.
UPLOAD SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
Everyone applying for a new qualification must submit the required documents (all first-time applicants and Orbit TVET College students starting a new qualification). The due date for uploading the required documents is the closing date for applications. No documents submitted after the closing date for applications will be accepted.
Orbit TVET College does not provide scanners or electronic devices. Please ensure that your documents are scanned and uploaded to an electronic device before starting the application process.

If your application for admission to study at Eduvos University is incomplete, you will have to re-apply during the next application period.
EDUVOS UNIVERSITY APPLICATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
All students must submit one (1) certified copy of each of the following documents:
- Applicant’s Identity Document
- Highest qualification
- Marriage/divorce certificate (if applicable)
- Proof of residential address of Applicant. (An affidavit of the Applicant’s parent(s), guardian(s), partner, spouse or landlord confirming that she/he is residing at their residence, along with proof of their address, will be accepted.)
- Identity Document of the person responsible for the fees
- Proof of residence of the person responsible for the fees
- Copy of medical aid card (if applicable)
- Proof of payment of the application fee
Should the application be successful, Applicants are expected to provide three (3) additional copies of the above documents at registration. International Prospective Students (Non-South African Citizens)
In addition to the documents indicated above, Applicants will be expected to provide the following documents:
- Four (4) certified copies of the Applicant’s passport
- valid study permit is to be submitted before registration

- School-leaving certificate (with English translation where necessary).
