We are happy to present to you the University of Johannesburg (UJ) Winter Graduation List – 2022 Updated. The Chancellor, University of Johannesburg (UJ), on behalf of the University Council, the Management Board and Senate have released the names of successful graduands.

UNIVERSITY OF JOHANNESBURG (UJ) WINTER GRADUATION LIST FOR 2022
The University of Johannesburg (UJ) Management wishes to inform students who successfully completed Full-Time, Part-Time and Distance Leaming programmes in 2022 and the general public that the Winter Graduation Ceremony will take place between 18 May 2022 and 25 May 2022 at the UJ main campus. An SMS with your ceremony date and time have been sent and the letters issued.
Only fully vaccinated graduates and guests will be allowed onto campus for the graduation ceremony. E-tickets will be emailed to graduates in the week prior to the candidate’s respective ceremony.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
List of Graduands
Check your graduate status on the UJ Chatbot on the home page of the UJ official website.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately. All students aspiring to graduate are requested to ensure that they meet the requirements for graduation.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
All graduands are requested to verify their names. Any requests for changes in spelling and order of names should be done within this period at the respective campus admissions office. The Senate-approved graduands’ list will be posted above and on the University website.
Clearance & Fees
All graduands should be cleared by the University of Johannesburg (UJ)’s Accounts Office before registering for graduation. Any outstanding fees must be paid before the deadline. Only graduands cleared by the Accounts office will be allowed to register for graduation.
Academic Attire
Graduands are expected to be in full graduation attire graduation ceremonies. The graduation gowns will be hired and will be collected from the respective Deans of Schools at the Main Campus and from the Examination Offices in respective campuses during office hours.
Certificates & Documents
Graduates will collect their hard copy certificates at the ceremony.
Graduates are encouraged to also register on the digital certificate platform to enable them to view and share their certificate/s online https://digitalcertificates.uj.ac.za
Should you not attend the ceremony you are required to make an appointment with your faculty to arrange for collection within 3 months from the date of graduation.
Academic Records may be download through iEnabler.
Punctuality
On the graduation day, all graduands will participate in the graduands’ procession in order of their school at 7.00 a.m.
