PAX College Online Application Forms – 2026/2027 Admission

This article contains information on the PAX College Application Form and requirements for admission into certificate and Diploma programmes for the 2027 academic year.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.

PAX COLLEGE ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS

It is in your best interest to apply before the deadline, as space is limited per course.

Should you require career guidance before applying, you may arrange an interview with a PAX College Student Advisor by calling the college directly or sending an email to studentenquiries@paxcollege.co.za. In your email, please attach the following relevant documents: certified copies of your ID, a Matric certificate or statement of results, or any other relevant qualification.

You will need the following documentation when registering at PAX College:

• An official, completed and signed in black ink, PAX College registration form
• A certified copy of your South African ID book or passport
• A certified copy of the account payer’s (parent or guardian) South African ID book or passport
• A certified copy of your National Senior Certificate, Statement of Results or any other relevant qualification
• Proof of residence e.g., Bank Statement or Electricity Bill (not older than 3 months)
• Two passport-sized photo’s (colour)

Students may use any of the following three methods of applying:

1. On campus: After arranging an interview with a PAX College Student Advisor, a student may fill out the requisite forms and make a complete payment of the registration fee at our Finance Department. Please remember to bring along certified copies of your ID (including parents and guardians), a Matric certificate or statement of results, or any other relevant qualification.
2. Online: COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM and pay the registration fee (non-refundable). Your space is only confirmed upon payment of the full registration fee. A PAX College Student Advisor will then make contact with you via telephone or email. You will then need to come in to the college to finalise your registration.
3. Post / Mail: Review and print the APPLICATION FORM. Complete the requisite information and post it to the address below. Please include certified copies of your ID, Matric certificate, statement of results, or any other relevant qualification, as well as your proof of payment.

PAX COLLEGE APPLICATION FEE

Please note that there is a non-refundable registration fee that will confirm your space for the year. This can be payable by EFT, direct cash deposit, or cheque. Proof of your payment must accompany your application form. Please use your ID number as a reference. It will be the student’s responsibility to call the college to confirm the application form and fee have been received. Kindly email admin@paxcollege.co.za for the current fee structure.

Make sure that your application is complete

If your application for admission to study through PAX College is incomplete, you will have to reapply during the next application period.

PAX COLLEGE APPLICATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All applicants starting a new qualification must upload all the required documents, which generally consist of the following:

• Birth Certificate or Identity Document (Proof of application for new ID or passport)
• The most recent Academic results
• Certificates/Qualifications
• Proof of residence e.g., Bank Statement or Electricity Bill (not older than 3 months)

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE)

• Study Permit (valid for the duration of the study period)
• SAQA Foreign Qualifications Evaluation (www.saqa.org.za)
• Passport
