Anglo American Engineering Learnership Eligibility
- Matric with Mathematics (minimum 40% pass), Physical Science, and English, or
- N2 or higher with all subjects as per specific Discipline Requirements, or
- NCV Level-4 in the appropriate trade with a minimum 40% pass in all subjects
Anglo American Engineering Learnership Trade Test Requirements
- N2 Subjects/ certificate with applicable subjects for the relevant trade, or
- NCV Level-4 in the appropriate trade with a minimum 40% pass in all subjects
Learnership Conditions
- Must be prepared to work underground and in ‘dusty areas’
- Work in accordance with the work schedule of the area, possibly involving shift work
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must pass relevant psychometric assessment
- Must have or be able to obtain a medical certificate of fitness
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
- A valid South African Driver’s license is advantageous
